YHG1型冶金設(she)備(bei)標準液壓缸
Y-HG1型(xing)冶金設備標(biao)準液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang),為(wei)(wei)(wei)雙作(zuo)用單活(huo)塞桿液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang),缸(gang)徑從40~320mm共有17種(zhong)規(gui)格,額定(ding)壓(ya)(ya)力為(wei)(wei)(wei)16MPa,可以帶(dai)緩沖裝(zhuang)置。該系列(lie)液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)有13種(zhong)安裝(zhuang)連接型(xing)式,除(chu)軸向(xiang)腳架式外(wai),安裝(zhuang)連裝(zhuang)尺寸(cun)均符合ISO6021/1-1981的(de)規(gui)定(ding)。活(huo)塞桿端螺紋(wen)亦符合GB2350-80的(de)規(gui)定(ding)。適用于工作(zuo)溫度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)-30C~+80C,工作(zuo)介質為(wei)(wei)(wei)液壓(ya)(ya)油(you),乳化液的(de)冶金設備(不(bu)適用于磷酸脂(zhi))。





采用滾壓(ya)(ya)加(jia)工(gong),由于(yu)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)層留(liu)有(you)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)殘余壓(ya)(ya)應力,有(you)助于(yu)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)微小裂紋的封閉,阻礙侵(qin)蝕作(zuo)(zuo)用的擴(kuo)展。從而(er)提(ti)高表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)抗腐蝕能(neng)力,并能(neng)延緩疲勞裂紋的產(chan)生或擴(kuo)大,因而(er)提(ti)高缸筒疲勞強度。通過(guo)滾壓(ya)(ya)成型,滾壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)形(xing)成一層冷作(zuo)(zuo)硬化(hua)層,減少了(le)磨削副接觸表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的彈性(xing)(xing)和塑(su)性(xing)(xing)變形(xing),從而(er)提(ti)高了(le)缸筒內壁的耐磨性(xing)(xing),同時(shi)避免了(le)因磨削引起的shao傷。滾壓(ya)(ya)后(hou),表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)粗糙(cao)度值的減小,可提(ti)高配合性(xing)(xing)質(zhi)。
零部件加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)度(du)(du)的(de)影響(xiang)問題,在液壓(ya)缸的(de)制造(zao)過程中應(ying)嚴格(ge)控制缸體內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)和活塞桿表面加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)度(du)(du),特別是幾何精(jing)度(du)(du),尤(you)其(qi)(qi)直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)是關鍵,在國內(nei)(nei)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝中,活塞桿表面的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)基(ji)本上(shang)是車后磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue),保(bao)證直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)問題不(bu)大(da),但對于缸體內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),其(qi)(qi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方法很多,有鏜削(xue)-滾壓(ya)、鏜削(xue)-珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)、直(zhi)接珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)等(deng),但由于國內(nei)(nei)材料的(de)基(ji)礎水平(ping)較國外有差(cha)(cha)距,管材坯料直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)差(cha)(cha),壁(bi)(bi)(bi)厚不(bu)均勻、硬(ying)度(du)(du)不(bu)均勻等(deng)因(yin)素,往往直(zhi)接影響(xiang)缸體內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)后的(de)直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du),因(yin)此建議采用鏜削(xue)-滾壓(ya)、鏜削(xue)-珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,如直(zhi)接珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo),則(ze)必須首先提高管材坯料的(de)直(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)。

在允許的情況下,液壓缸(gang)的缸(gang)體(ti)壁厚安全系數盡量選大一些,使(shi)缸(gang)體(ti)厚壁增加,特(te)別是高壓工況下使(shi)用(yong)的油缸(gang),以減小油壓下的缸(gang)體(ti)變形,變形后(hou)的缸(gang)體(ti)也會引起液壓缸(gang)低速爬行。
